Talking to Allie and Lizzie today about you made me realize that I'm not satisfied with settling like I have. I'm not okay with the fact that I have to wait for you now. I know that it's my fault you're dating her rather than me, and I'm sorry I was temporarily stupid at the time you asked me out. I wish more than anything that I had said yes, but I really think things would not have worked out at the time due to my overly self-conscious mindset. Now though... *sigh*.
I will wait for you, because there is no other way for me to have you. I won't enjoy it, but I will, because hey, guess what? You're worth the wait.
